Lenovo December Promo

S10-2 regular – Free P500 Sodexho Gift Certificate (GC)

Promo Period:  December 16 - December 31, 2009

Eligible Models: S10-2 Pink (5902-2661/ 5902-1331), S10-2 White (5902-2670/5902-1308), S10-2 Black (5902-2659/ 59021305) and S10-2 Gray (5902-2681/5902-1330)

Promo Mechanics:

1. Free P500 worth of Sodexho Gift Certificate to end-user from December 16- 31, 2009.
2. Sell-out to end-user of S10-2 Pink (5902-2661/ 5902-1331), S10-2 White (5902-2670/ 5902-1308), S10-2 Black (5902-2659/ 59021305) and S10-2 Gray (5902-2681/5902-1330) only are eligible for the promo.
3. Sell out to end-users should be made during the program period.
4. Claiming Procedure:
   a.) To redeem, end user must submit the following:
   - Proof of Purchase - official receipt/ sales invoice issued within the promo period
   - Valid ID of Customer with photo
   
   b.) End user can claim directly to the Lenovo Office- 15-A, 15/F Citibank Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City (Monday- Fridays,10am- 6pm. Except Holidays) and present the required documents
   
   OR
   
   c.) Lenovo will allocate the Sodexho Gift Vouchers directly to the SF Partners:
   Lenovo & SF Partners will keep a Tracking Report (provided by Lenovo) and SF Partners must comply/ submit to cross check & serve as a reference before Lenovo can replenish the Sodexho Gift vouchers.
   
   
5. Lenovo reserves the right to modify and withdraw the program at its sole discretion without notice if Lenovo determines that there has been a discrepancy on required documents of the sell out.
6. This Promotion does not apply for corporate and special project purchases (affinity deals/ special bids) of S10-2 models
7. Redemption is until January 20, 2010.
8. All decisions by Lenovo are final.
