Claiming Procedure:
- Customer may calim the Free Item at LENOVO OFFICE (15-A, Citibank Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City) and look for Jonna May Morales (Monday-Friday/ 10am- 5pm Only, except Holidays)
Required documents to claim:
- Proof of Purchase - official receipt/ sales invoice issued within the promo period to Customer.
- Valid ID of Customer with photo - For Customer who purchased from North & South Resellers: Customer may scan email or courier hard copy of the requirements to:
