3. Upon successful registration, an email will be sent out to confirm your warranty status. To claim your free

confirmation (with valid warranty code) and one valid ID, and fill out the promo claim form available in

5. Customers who present their SM Advantage Card, SM Prestige Cards, or BDO Rewards Card can enjoy 10x
SMAC points whenever they redeem using their Exclusive Promotional Shopping Voucher in The SM
Store.
6. Promo is valid from November 20 to December 31, 2017. Redemption of free items is until 60 days from
end of promo period.
7. Note: Promo is for end-users only. Only purchases from authorized resellers qualify for the promo.
Maximum of 5 claims per customer/company.
8. Shopping voucher is valid until March 1, 2019.
Acer x SM Store Exclusive Promotional Shopping Voucher Terms and Conditions:
1. Voucher can be redeemed at THE SM STORE nationwide and will be stamped "CLAIMED" once redeemed
to avoid re-use.
2. Standard exclusions apply to Sales of Gift Cheques or Gift Pass, Gift Cards, Prepaid cards, Show or
Concert Tickets, Batteries, Snack Exchange items, Bills Payment and other products in the Customer
Service Counters.
3. Original copy of the voucher must be presented and surrendered to the Cashier.
4. Voucher is good for one time use only and must be redeemed in full upon redemption.
5. Maximum of P10,000 worth of shopping vouchers can be used per transaction.
6. Not convertible to cash, nor replaceable when stolen, lost or expired
7. Shopping voucher is valid until March 1, 2019.
8. Folded, crumpled, stapled voucher may still be accepted by The SM Store given that the security features
are still intact.
9. Any act of tampering, counterfeit or fraud will be prosecuted.
