Asianic Online Ordering

How to Register?

  1. Fill up the Customer Registration form.
  2. After form has been completely filled-up, an email notification with an Activation code will be sent to end user.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email notification to activate the account.
  4. Log-in to Asianic Online Shopping.

How to Order?

  1. Browse the pages and simply click on the order button of the item you wish to purchase, when you have finished with your selection, click Check Out button. (End user can choose as many items as he wants)
  2. Wait for our approval and confirmation via email or phone call.
  3. After you have received our confirmation, you can proceed and pay for the items you wish to purchase.

How to Pay?

There are 3 Ways to Pay:

  1. Pay inside an Asianic Branch - By cash or By Credit Card
    (Choose among straight payment, 0% Interest, or deferred payment)
  2. Pay using your ATM Card- online
  3. Pay by bank deposit – online

What are the Procedures in Paying?

  1. If you pay inside an Asianic Branch, you can get your order(s) after paying for the items. (as long as stocks are available).
  2. If you pay using you ATM Card, Asianic will confirm with WEEPay if the transaction is successful or not. Once we have confirmed the payment, we will start to process the assembly (if necessary) and/or delivery of your orders. Lead time for assembly and delivery is 2-3 days.
  3. If you pay by Bank Deposit, You need to call our sales officer(s) before making the payment/deposit. You can deposit the payment at our BDO or BPI accounts. Once deposit has been made by the client, you need to send us thru Fax or email a copy of the bank deposit slip. After deposit has been validated and confirmed, we will start to process the assembly (if necessary) and /or delivery of your orders. Lead time for assembly and delivery is 2-3 days.
